Identity & Access

User Administration

Approve, enable, disable and recover accounts; administer roles and entitlements; manage administrative messaging. Developer token creation and API testing are intentionally outside Admin Help.

Governance

Metadata Operations

The five `/api/v1/admin/metadata/...` routes require SOLYNTH_ADMIN. Read scorecards/onboarding/scopes or start governed discovery/review workflows; discovery and review are evidence operations, not automatic canonical truth.

API Boundary

401 / 403 / 400 / 503

401 means no valid session; 403 means administrative authority is missing; 400 means request validation failed; 503 normally means a required platform/Operations dependency could not satisfy the request.

Planning

Comprehensive Plan & Mini Plans

The Comprehensive Plan remains canonical. Mini Plans are working-window views and must not replace canonical planning state.

Readiness

Platform Health

Use the Admin health surface for smoke-test, security-evidence and readiness views. Detailed REST contract testing and deployment diagnostics belong in Developer Help; routine execution and monitoring belong in Operator Help.

Boundary

Admin ≠ Developer ≠ Operator

Engineering functions belong to Developer Help. Scheduling, backup/recovery and routine operational procedures belong to Operator Help. Member access guidance belongs to Member Help.
